Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas

MoyoLoom currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We deliver to most residential and commercial addresses within the countries we serve. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and shipped.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Standard Shipping delivery times generally range from 5 to 15 business days, depending on your destination. Please note these are transit estimates and not guarantees, as delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier logistics.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your order. There is currently no minimum purchase amount for free shipping. All applicable charges will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Shipping Address & Order Changes

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. MoyoLoom is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.

We are unable to modify the shipping address or add items to an order once it has been placed. If you need to make changes, you must cancel the existing order (if it has not yet entered the processing stage) and place a new one.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. MoyoLoom has no control over these costs and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Undeliverable Packages & Returns to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs charges, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you via email. A refund for the merchandise will be issued, minus the original shipping cost and any additional return handling fees incurred.
