How to Track Your Order
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address used during checkout. This email contains your unique tracking number and the name of the carrier responsible for delivery.
- Locate the shipping confirmation email from [email protected].
- Find your tracking number and the carrier name (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) within the email.
- Use the tracking number to check your package status directly on the carrier's official website or via a universal tracking service (see below).
Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system after you receive the email.
Using a Universal Package Tracker
For a convenient way to track packages from multiple carriers in one place, we recommend using a reliable third-party tracking service. These platforms often provide detailed updates and multi-language support.
We suggest using 17Track, a widely trusted global tracking website.
How to use 17Track:
- Visit the 17Track website.
- Paste or type your tracking number into the main search field.
- Click "Track" to view the latest status and location of your parcel.
- You can track multiple numbers at once and even set up email notifications for updates.
Other reputable services include AfterShip and PackageRadar.
What Your Tracking Status Means
- Label Created / Shipment Information Received
- The carrier has been notified about your package, but it has not yet been physically received.
- In Transit
- Your package is on its way through the carrier's network.
- Out for Delivery
- Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will be delivered that day.
- Delivered
- The package has been delivered to the provided address. Please check your mailbox, porch, or with household members.
