Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to MoyoLoom in the last six (6) months, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

All content published on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of MoyoLoom or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Site. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Site or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MoyoLoom. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original shipment date for a refund to your original payment method.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as final sale items, intimate apparel, or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless defective. Clear indications will be provided on the product page if an item is non-returnable.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
